Technology at residents' fingertips

iREPORT promotes rapid and effortless communication between residents and, ultimately the FM provider, via ECM, utilising technology that most already have at their fingertips. This not only empowers residents so that they can be easily involved in their neighbourhood, but also enables us to keep our finger on the pulse of every community we manage. So in addition to regular scheduled maintenance, we are able to identify ad hoc problems quickly and deal with them efficiently.
